♡ Self Love
Explore self-portraits, writing, and sound. Practice seeing yourself through a loving gaze, listening to your voice, and honoring your story.
Come home to yourself.
Let your love ripple outward.
A three-month creative somatic journey through photography, writing, sound, and embodied practices. Reconnect with yourself, nurture your creativity, and explore what it means to love.
Explore Two Ways to Join ↗You're navigating endings, beginnings, or the uncertain in-between. You long to feel more grounded in who you are.
You want to make things again. To play and experiment without worrying whether your art is perfect or productive.
You're ready to soften self-judgment and see yourself with greater tenderness, curiosity, and trust.
You want a creative space where you can bring your whole, imperfect, becoming self.
We often think of love as something we feel, find, or give to another person.
But what if love could also be a creative practice?
Something we return to when life feels uncertain. Something we express through an image, a letter, a sound, or an act of attention.
Multimedia Love Letter is an invitation to explore love as a creative way of being.
We begin with ourselves, then let that love ripple outward into our relationships, communities, and the world.
You are worthy of love before you become anyone else.
WITH LOVE,A creative journey through three expanding circles of love.
Explore self-portraits, writing, and sound. Practice seeing yourself through a loving gaze, listening to your voice, and honoring your story.
Turn toward the people and living world that shape you. Explore gratitude, belonging, tenderness, and the relationships that sustain life.
Bring your creative explorations into an offering. Explore how love can be practiced through expression, community, and contribution.
Experiment with different ways of expressing love as you develop a personal multimedia love letter. No coding required. No perfect art expected.
Share your love letter with someone, or keep it as part of your personal archive. ♡

I'm an artist and creative facilitator. My work brings together creative expression, somatic exploration, and storytelling as ways to deepen our relationships with ourselves and others.
Multimedia Love Letter grew from a question I keep returning to:
What if love were not only something we feel, but something we practice through how we create and live?
I believe creativity belongs to everyone. Our stories deserve care. And tenderness, curiosity, and play can open meaningful possibilities.
I'd love to explore with you. ♡

No. Multimedia Love Letter is a creative somatic educational experience. It isn't psychotherapy or a replacement for mental-health treatment.
You don't have to know exactly what will emerge. You don't have to create anything extraordinary. You only have to begin.
